Flat Chested =[?

The Thing is, im really flat chested.
the only sizes i can find that are okay is 32AA, although its rlly tight i wear it anyway because nothing else fits closer than its supposed to.. So anyway everyday I have no choice but to wear tight bras. I used to be upset all the time and yell at mom that im flat chested because she is. [shes 44 and 34B]. You might think thats not that bad. I forgot to mention she wears the cup size a little loose for comfort O_O [weird i know]. I haven't grown for 2 whole years. I think i stopped. I have a poor figure, short, flat chested, and chubby on my stomach but skinny elsewhere, and a ROUND face. what can i do?
