If you haven't had your period yet, puberty hasn't gone a long way for you. It'll most likely be until then when you start seeing some more major changes to your breasts. This isn't the case for EVERYONE, but mostly.

The size of breasts depend on your genes. There is no way to "make" them grow, unless you become overweight. Your breasts will probably come to be the size of your mother's, and you will start to see those changes once puberty starts to kick in later.

Breastfeeding For The Working Mother: How To Increase Your Bra Cup Size 3 Sizes

I breastfed my daughter for four years and increased my cup size by three sizes; even five years later, my breasts are still this large. I really don't think that this is the best reason to breastfeed, but it DID make a catchy title for this article. As an immunologist, I'd read that breastfeeding protected babies from diseases by transferring some immune molecules from the mother to the child. I had also learned in my psychology class about the monkey studies that showed how important touch was to a baby. For these reasons as well, I agreed with many experts that breastfeeding was the right choice for my child.

Breastfeeding Benefits

After having my daughter, I soon learned the benefits of sleeping with her and breastfeeding; it allowed me to get almost normal amounts of sleep and allowed me to get her to sleep without crying. I will say that after four years I really did get tired of the whole thing, but the benefit of that seemed to be that my body naturally weaned her without trauma. One day the milk just stopped flowing and there were no tears on either side. My mother did not breast feed me, so I was a little worried what it would be like for my daughter to breastfeed so long that she remembered it. So far she seems to only have fond memories of the experience. I also got out of jury duty for many years, so that was a surprise benefit for me as well.

Breastfeeding Equipment

Although I did not work out of an office at the time I was breastfeeding, I did use a breast pump on occasion to "pump and dump" or to increase milk production. I went through three breast pumps, each time spending more money and finding that they were more comfortable, faster, and more efficient. If I had to do it over, I would start with the most expensive one I could buy, preferably a used high-end breast pump if that was all I could afford.

Breastfeeding and Work

Some people have claimed that the push towards breastfeeding in many parts of the US is just a hidden way to keep women at home again. As a feminist, I can see why people may think this, but I do not agree that it has to be the case. I do believe that it is best to have a parent or close reliable relative with a baby, but even if that is not psychologically or financially a possibility the mother can still breastfeed and work with the aid of a good breast pump. Many states now are implementing laws that require work places to be breast pump friendly, so as this trend increases, as I believe it will, working and breastfeeding will be even easier for women.

I have bought a dress from portmans (I am in australia) and its a V Neckline however it plunges. I just bought a bra however the cups are too big and you can see it out the side of the dress and looks ugly.

i got a "sticky" bra to wear with fancy dresses. they sell em at major stores like walmart and target, they are reusable and pretty comfortable.

How Long Is the Lifespan of Silicone Bra Enhancer?

Silicon bra enhancers are very durable and will not easily deteriorate. In theory, Breast Enhancers made from silicone and polyurethane film can last for several years even if you are using them everyday.  But you have to take note that silicone filled bra enhancers can be punctured.  If this happens, the damage would be irreparable.  Some accidents may also happen which could damage your breast enhancer permanently.  So you have to take good care of your bra enhancer in order to maximize its full value.  With due care and maintenance, it is possible for your breast enhancer to last for at least a decade without substantial deterioration.   

The main question is how strong silicone bra enhancers are?  Well, breast enhancers can withstand considerable impact.  They are designed just like the silicone implants.  The structure of a typical breast enhancer is made from very durable polyurethane film.  Inside this film is the silicone material.  Because bra enhancers and implants share the same design principles, the possibility that the protective film will develop a leak is almost non-existent.  The outer film does not have edges so there is no way that the silicone could leak unless the film has been punctured.  Aside from the outer film, another protective layer of clear plastic encases the entire enhancer. This extra layer provides superior external support for the enhancer so it can absorb hard impact.  

If you have a full cup or adhesive type silicone bra enhancer, you must ensure that it is always fastened securely.  Your breast enhancers will receive undue pressure if they are worn improperly.  You have to take note that Full Cup Bra enhancers are more exposed than push-up varieties.  That is why you need to be extra careful if you are wearing full cup bra enhancers.  Adhesive bra enhancers on the other hand come with their own special roll-on glue.  Normally, the glue that comes with the product will not damage the silicone material.  But if you use other types of adhesives that are not recommended by the manufacturer, then there is a greater possibility that the outer structure of your adhesive bra enhancer can get damaged.  So if you want your adhesive breast enhancers to last for a very long time, you must only use the recommended glue of the manufacturer.  

It is true that silicone bra enhancer can last for a very long time.  The claim that Silicone Breast Enhancers could last for ages is not hype.  However, it is not sanitary to use your enhancer for ages without replacing it.  You have to remember that the outer layer of the enhancer is made from plastic.  When it touches your skin, sweat, dust, and your odor will adhere to the plastic surface.  So it is not surprising that your breast enhancer will emit a sweaty smell after months of using it everyday.  Aside from the smell, sweat can also promote bacterial growth.  So it is highly advisable to replace your breast enhancer after two years of active use.  This way, you will always have a bacteria-free Silicone Breast Enhancer.

Does anyone know how to get wrinkles out of the padding on bra cups?

I have a new bra that has wrinkle/creases that go across the cup. Like it's the padding part right under the outermost layer of fabric, so it shows and you can feel it when you run your hands across it. Does anyone know a way of getting these creases out? Can they be ironed or pressed out? Anyone have advice on this?

You could try ironing them, but I don't know if it will help. Don't ever put your bras in the dryer. For some reason it messes them up. I learned this from experience.

yes...definitly wear a padded bra. but don't over do and whatever you do, don't be stupid and stuff your bra either (especially at a dance)

avoid dresses that go straight across your chest because those will make you look flat. instead wear a fitted tank top under your dress to make you look a bit fuller. or, wear a dress with a v neck. a chunky neckalace will also attract attention to your chest.
