I need a prom dress but my awkward measurements are making it impossible!?

It's not actually for prom but its for a banquet of the same magnitude, I really want a dress with a Corset Top and a tulle skirt that is kind of princessy and preferably white but I am for sure open to color, it is so hard with my measurements
bust: 44"
waist: 40"
Hips: 43"

As you can tell I am plus size and basically the same all the way around, I want the skirt part to be high waist-ed and I love vintage-type dresses, I've been looking at WWW.unique-vintage.com and i love the dresses but it doesn't seem like any will fit, please help me!

I also have awkward measurements and it was hard for me to find a prom dress. I ended up buying a relatively cheap vintage dress off of eBay (mine was only $150!) and taking it to a tailor to have it fitted. The dress didn't fit well at first, but after having a tailor fix it, it fit me like a glove! It was as if the dress was custom made for me! And a bonus was that I had the most unique dress there!
