help with my Bra Cup size?

I've been measured 3 times by 3 different stores, basically I can wear a 36 band, but my cup size is bothering me, I spill out of a DD in some bras, but I go to a DDD and there's a lot of fabric left over and it pokes me in the side. I like full coverage b/c of the support. With the DD, in a specific bra I spill out a little in the front not on the top with other bras. Can any one help me with this? I'm tired of wasting money on bras, but I'd like to wear sexy bras with support or just a bra that fits right. Also any alternatives in cup sizes, like if I'm a DD can I wear an E or F?
