The bet was that the looser had to dress as a French Maid. Would that normaly include Panties, bra, heels...?

I am 14 years old and this 16 year old girl and I put a bet in writting in front of people that the loser had to dress as a French maid and be the winners slave for a day.I lost the bet and agreed ( not hapily) to wear a dress and apron , but I think that having to wear women's panties,Corset,bra,garter belt,stockings, heels and makeup were not covered.
But she believes I should wear all of this but I think otherwise.

yes on all of the that is a french maids outfit especially the Bra And panties and heels, and corset
the panties must be whatever type and Size she picks out for you

French maids have make-up & they are women and usually french maides have every hair from their neck down shaved off. including your pubic hair

I lost the bet to 15 year old girl and she said I have to dress up like a girl for Halloween.I told my parents I am not going to do it but thay said a bet is bet and that I had to do it so this would be a lesson for me that I shouldn't bet.
The girl said I have to wear

Pink lace and silky panties
Pink Garter Belt with stockings
A pink basque(I don't know how to spell it)
Pink 4" heels
All the makup and nails
And I have to shave my legs!!!

I don't know what is Basque and garter belt is or what it looks like
Please tell me and pictures would help
