What are these Corset Sizes: 32, 34, 36, 38?

I am trying to buy some Lingerie for Valentines day but the size of the one I want is not S, M,L, XL instead its 32, 34, 36, 38. Now I dont know is that the waste or the chest? Or is it like the bra size? What do these sizes stand for? There is no A, B, C for cup size either just those numbers to choose from. Help please

It's the like the bra size (example if you're 34A then it would be 34). If you're small to medium chested, it should she true to size. If you're really large chested, you may have to go with a larger size then normal. Try it on. If buying online, then go to a lingerie or adult store and try one on.
