Do you Love it or Hate it?
Hey, so just saying, I'm not gonna choose you as best answer just cuz u said you loved my outfit haha sooo if you deep down hate it, please sAy so.
i did choose haters as best answers before...sooo. 
1)Cardigan [which color? from where?] That fits nicely, and doesnt cover the butt.
2) Tanktop. A (what color?) camisole maybe from abercrombie.
3) Pink shorts also from abercrombie (you can get them now for 15, just telling you guys cuz i paid 25 for them. :[ )
4) Cheap pink flip flops from old navy x]
Ahh, it's so plain though. Any suggestions to make it a Love It?

I'm going to be honest if that's for the first day of school it's just so plain and blah. Camisoles from A&F are okay, but under a cardigan and then some shorts and some flip flops. Imagine a girl walking on the street like that, I would think she's boring and is lost, no real sense of fashion.
Now that's pretty harsh, but you wanted my honest criticism. My suggestions?
Step out of the habit of wearing mainly HCO. A&F AE, all those popular stores. Look for independent or budget friendly lesser known stores, they usually have more unique clothing such as Charlotte Russe, Forever 21 is fairly popular, but they have tons of unique pieces that I'm sure aren't bought very often because they are so risky. Modcloth is a great store, although a bit expensive (but since you buy from A&F I'm sure it would be decently priced for you), Urban Outfitters (they have amazing sales!), even people who sell items on Etsy.com have great choices!
What I'm saying is do you want to be stuck in that phase forever where you just wear plain old normal what's kind of trendy items or are you going to take a risk to find your true style and what's you? Clothing and fashion are about expressing yourself! I understand I draw a line at the goth, emo, scene thing, but that's just my opinion.
Try to look classy, mature, older- you can wear pencil skirts to school! It is OKAY. They are always going to be in style, a nice black high waist pencil skirt with a cute top, tank, something under and a belt under the chest but above the waist is very classic and will be in style for a very long time (people way back wore that stuff, hello?).
I honestly hate it. I would look at you and think you're boring to be honest. Sure people may think it's cute but that's because a lot of society buys from those mainstream stores that are just not very fashionable at all. They have some cute pieces, but that's pretty limited and they discriminate larger people, let's be honest? Search quotes from the CEO of A&F, you'll be shocked.
Be different, find you, your style, what makes you happy! I always try to get girls to be a little different and wear something you usually wouldn't. It may shock people and sure some will call you a poser, but tell them to screw off and don't let their words hurt you. You are your own person, EXPRESS YOURSELF!
