How do I properly fit a Sports Bra?
And is there any difference between one that is made like a tank top, but fits tight to the body like a regular sports bra? (This may be t.m.i., but I'm a 38B.) Thnx!

Not at all, breast sizes don't matter as much as how they fit with the girl. It sounds like your breasts are a good size for your body.
Also, 36 and 38 refers to the length around your body, not referring to a change in size of the cup. A b cup is a b cup.
If you really are concerned about the size of your breasts downing your appearance, why not experiment with push up bras? They'll give you a larger, fuller looking cup size, which might help boost your confidence.
If I was you, however, I wouldn't be worried. You sound attractive and beautiful to me.
