Do I Still Need a Breast Lift if I get Breast Augmentation with Breast Implants?

Where can i get 30B bras?
i'm 13, and i was recently measured at Marks and Spencers, and they accurately measured me as a 30B. i got 4 bras from their 'Angel collection' (see link at bottom of question). i went to other shops with my mum, but no one else does any good non-wired teen bras in my size! do any of you know any good places i can go for a 30b - preferably NOT pink? thank you!
also, primark did too much pink, and their adult bras are ALL underwired, and too big - i was measured in teen sizes.

i'm in the uk, so we only have La Senza, not La Senza girl, so the sizes are too big. we don't have Victoria's Secret, or Macy's either.
